Developers needed to run it
Replatformed a thirty-five-year-old brewery from WordPress to Webflow — where the real constraint was that a marketing team had to run it afterwards without a developer.
Migration is the product
Moving thirty-five years of a brand off WordPress is not the hard part. Handing it to a marketing team that then has to publish without calling a developer is.
So the CMS modelling mattered more than the visual design. Get the collections and relationships right and the site stays editable; get them wrong and every new page becomes a ticket.
What I built
- 01
A custom beer finder
Across ten locations, so “where can I get this” is answered on the site instead of by phone.
- 02
CMS architecture for handover
Modelled so the marketing team can add a beer, a location or an event without touching layout.
- 03
Email flows
The lifecycle messaging behind the site.
