Sandboxes first — development stores and test mode — so nothing touches production or real money. Deterministic scripts for the security-sensitive paths, because that is exactly where a model’s confidence is worth least.
And nothing reaches a client without me reading it.

Four of the eight projects on this site are custom applications sitting behind a commerce platform. That intersection is the work — not the storefront on its own, and not the software on its own.

Frequently asked questions
What do you actually do?[01]
Custom applications on commerce platforms. Four of the eight projects here are software sitting behind a storefront — an admin portal, an integration that makes two systems agree, a map that puts a decade of field data on one screen. The storefront is usually the smaller half.
How do you verify what AI produces?[02]
Sandboxes first — development stores and test mode — so nothing touches production or real money. Deterministic scripts for the security-sensitive paths, because that is exactly where a model's confidence is worth least. Evals on anything with a model in the loop. And nothing reaches a client without me reading it.
What won't you let a model touch?[03]
The interview. I don't get my inspiration from AI — talking to the founder is how I learned Kimpops was a story about a grandmother's recipe rather than a generic one, and that story drove the whole design. A prompt would not have found it.
Will you work with my existing team?[04]
Yes — two of these were exactly that. Two years in-house at Uqora on someone else's roadmap, and three years alongside the staff at Healing Oasis. Solo work proves I can build; in-house work proves I hold up inside a team over time.
What happens when something goes wrong?[05]
The first chatbot I built for Healing Oasis hallucinated. I rebuilt it agentic — it calls for current data on every question and refuses outside its grounding. That is the shape of the answer you should want: a real failure, a specific fix, and evidence I keep up.
